Dad & Lad Cake Bake

At this Tuesday's Pack Meeting, we will be holding our popular, annual Dad & Lad Cake Bake!! Just like in years past, this will be a friendly competition for the Scouts and their dads to come up with the most original "baked" creation. This has typically been cakes, but if you have a wild idea for a pan of brownies, cupcakes, etc., feel free to deviate. Just make sure it remains a baked creation. (Moms, the guys are to be responsible for all aspects of this project, INCLUDING clean-up, so grab a book and a cup of tea, retire to the living room, and try not to think about the goings-on in the kitchen!!)

The following categories will be judged and awarded for each Den:

Most Original

Best Looking

Best Scouting Theme

(Note: We have decided to forego the Best Tasting category this year as it tends to make our judges ill!!)

Important reminder - please remember Aspen Ridge has a strict NO NUT POLICY.

You only need to bring your creation. The Pack will provide serving utensils, plates, forks, napkins, and water. All family members will have an opportunity to taste the creations of their choice after judging.
