Hi, Pack 39! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.
Conifer Holiday Parade
Our float is almost ready!! The parade is THIS Saturday, December 6th! If your son would like to participate with our float, please meet at West Jeff Middle School (9449 S. Barnes Ave) no later than 1pm. Each boy who wishes to participate needs to make and bring either a sign that says "Merry Christmas" in a different language on each side -OR- a "wearable" Christmas present (like the box they showed at the last Pack meeting - just a large box wrapped in holiday paper/ribbon with holes cut out for arms & head). Let's show our Cub Scout Spirit!!
December Pack Meeting - BINGO at Elk Run
As in years past, instead of a regular Pack Meeting, we will be helping the residents at the Elk Run Senior Living Facility in Evergreen play BINGO! The boys always have a wonderful time, as do the residents. Each Scout should bring a small gift to contribute to the prize pool... things that the elderly residents would enjoy - like crossword puzzle books, lotion, socks, etc. In addition, you can bring a plate of cookies to share. Please meet in the lobby at Elk Run on December 16th no later than 6:30pm!
Pinewood Derby
Keep these dates on your calendar! Our annual Pinewood Derby will be held on Saturday, January 31st, from 11am - 2pm. Other important dates to reserve include our Derby Workshop on Saturday, January 24th, from 9am-noon... and our Derby Weigh-In (mandatory for all racers) on Friday, January 30th, from 5-8pm. Refer to the Pinewood Derby section of our website for more information.

Tuesday, December 2nd - Aspen Ridge reserved for Den Meetings. Check with your Den Leader to see if your Den is meeting on this date.
Saturday, December 6th - Conifer Holiday Parade. Meet at WJMS no later than 1pm. See details above regarding what you need to bring.
Tuesday, December 9th, 7:00-8:00pm - Pack Committee Meeting. This meeting is where we plan upcoming events/meetings and is open to all adults in the Pack (parents as well as Leaders). Reply to this e-mail for the location as it changes monthly.
Tuesday, December 16th, 6:30-8:00pm - BINGO at Elk Run. See above for details on what to bring. Meet in the lobby no later than 6:30pm.
