Hi, Pack 39! What a fantastic time we had in the Conifer parade! Thanks to everyone who showed up to participate and/or spectate! A HUGE thank you to Jen Allbritton, Tyler Allbritton, and Wendy Somer for all of their hard work in pulling this together for us... and for pulling the trailer. ;) You guys rock!
December Pack Meeting - BINGO at Elk Run - December 16th
Don't forget that instead of a traditional Pack meeting this month, we will be helping the residents at the Elk Run Senior Living Facility in Evergreen play BINGO! We will meet at 6:30pm on December 16th in the main lobby. Each Scout should bring a couple of small gifts to contribute to the prize pool... things that the elderly residents would enjoy - like crossword puzzle books (preferably large-print), lotion, socks, small picture frames, etc. In addition, you can bring a plate of cookies to share if you wish.
Committee Meeting - Change of Date
Instead of meeting tomorrow night, the Committee (and any other parents/leaders who would like to join us) will meet on THURSDAY this week - December 11th - at 7pm. If you are interested in attending, please reply and I will give you this month's location as it changes each month. We would love to have more adult participation, and this is the perfect way to find out more about what goes on "behind the scenes" in our Pack!
Pinewood Derby - Getting Closer!
Keep these dates on your calendar! Our annual Pinewood Derby will be held on Saturday, January 31st, from 11am - 2pm. Other important dates to reserve include our Derby Workshop on Saturday, January 24th, from 9am-noon... and our Derby Weigh-In (mandatory for all racers) on Friday, January 30th, from 5-8pm. Refer to the Pinewood Derby section of our website for more information.

THURSDAY, December 11th (DATE CHANGE) 7:00-8:00pm - Pack Committee Meeting. This meeting is where we plan upcoming events/meetings and is open to all adults in the Pack (parents as well as Leaders). Reply to this e-mail for the location as it changes monthly.
Tuesday, December 16th, 6:30-8:00pm - BINGO at Elk Run. See above for details on what to bring. Meet in the lobby no later than 6:30pm.
