Pumpkins & Bobcats! Thank you for all of you who attended and participated in our annual pumpkin carving contest last week, and congratulations to all of our new Bobcats - Chase, Tate, Cayden, Haakon, Aiden, Eli, Tato, Sean, Brody, and Garrett!
Conifer Holiday Parade
The boys are sure excited to participate in the parade... now we just need a few parents to step up and help plan a great float! It will take place on December 6th and the theme is "Christmas Around the World." If you are interested, please respond to this e-mail.
Have Patches - Hate to Sew?
One of our new parents has stepped up to offer a fabulous service to the Pack - sewing on patches! If you have patches that you need sewn onto your Scout uniform, please contact us and we will get you the information you need.
Pinewood Derby - FREE Kit in Exchange for Canned Goods!
Get your Pinewood Derby Kit for FREE at the November Pack meeting (Nov 18th) by bringing in 2 canned goods! Siblings are welcome to participate, and as long as they have 2 canned goods, they will receive a free kit, too!
Our annual Pinewood Derby will be held on Saturday, January 31st, from 11am - 2pm. Other important dates to reserve include our Derby Workshop on Saturday, January 24th, from 9am-noon... and our Derby Weigh-In (mandatory for all racers) on Friday, January 30th, from 5-8pm. More details will be coming soon.

Tuesday, November 4th - Aspen Ridge reserved for Den Meetings. Check with your Den Leader to see if your Den is meeting on this date.
Tuesday, November 11th 7:00-8:30pm - Committee Meeting. Open to all parents and Pack Leaders. Contact me for the location as it changes monthly. This month, we will be discussing all of the upcoming changes to the Cub Scout program starting in June 2015.
Tuesday, November 18th, 7:00-8:00pm - Pack Meeting at Aspen Ridge Church. Earlier date this month due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Scheduled activity - Dad & Lad cake bake. Stay tuned for more information.
Den Leaders
Please be sure to let me know when your Den Meetings are scheduled so I can keep the Pack calendar accurate.
Pack 39 Patches
If you would like to have one of our new Pack 39 patches, please respond to this e-mail or pick one up at the next Pack meeting. They are $3 each. This is one single patch (instead of a separate "3" and "9") which is easier to sew onto the uniforms and it also commemorates the 55 years that Pack 39 has existed.
