Pack Camping Retreat! May 4th-6th Join us early May for a Pack wide camping trip. Stay for one night or two in this serene mountain setting. We’ll be camping in the group site at the Meadows Campsite with plenty of space for all. Please bring your own drinking water and be prepared for colder weather. The parking lot has a maximum of 25 vehicles including campers. As always, we prefer scouts to tent camp. I do understand that some families may prefer campers for various reason. If you plan to bring a camper, please let Christina know immediately 208-724-7448 so that we can assure we have enough parking for everyone. Campers/trailers are to be set up in the parking lot only. Please see the Sign up for details and updates!!! This will be a fun, FREE family event for all.

Bronco’s Experience-Wednesday, May 16th

The Bronco’s Experience for qualifying scouts and one parent is Wednesday, May 16th from 6-8 PM at Sports Authority Field. The pack would like to also invite and pay for dinner beforehand. More details to come. Enjoy this wonderful night as a thank you for all the hard work you put in. Wear your uniform or Bronco gear.

Veteran’s Rendez-vous-May 19th

Community Service is an integral part of being a scout. Join us May 19th, 8 AM-1 PM at Aspen Ridge Church where scouts will clear tables, get coffee, hold doors and get an opportunity to spend time with some of the veterans of our area.

End of the year Pack Meeting & BBQ- May 22ndJoin us for the last pack meeting of the year! May 22nd at 6PM. Final details are still being planned. We will celebrate a scouting year of fun, adventure, and memories with a fantastic cook out. As with any Pack event, we will need volunteers. Please let the leadership team know if you are available to get the food, cook, or clean up. Memorial Day Flag Placement

It is that time of the year again to carry on a wonderful community tradition in memory of Ralph Evans, one of the founders of Troop 737 and a WWII Army Air Corp veteran. We will be placing American flags on the graves of all veterans at the two Evergreen cemeteries. We’ll meet at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 25th to place the flags at the Bear Creek Cemetery next to Christ the King Catholic Church located on Hwy 74 just above Evergreen Lake. We’ll meet at the Evergreen Memorial Park on Saturday, May 26th, at 9:00 AM. This is a great way to support our community and honor our fallen veterans.

Magness Camp

It’s time to start planning for summer adventures! Magness camp is coming up. There are many sessions available, but we suggest one of these two sessions as a Pack:

June 13-16 (Wed-Sun) or July 11-14 (Wed-Sun)

Check with your den and see which one works best for your group. For more details:

Youth Protection Training

We take our scouts’ safety seriously. True youth protection can be achieved only through the focused commitment of everyone in Scouting. It is the mission of Youth Protection volunteers and professionals to work within the Boy Scouts of America to maintain a culture of Youth Protection awareness and safety at the national, regional, area, council, district, and unit levels.

More information and links to this training are located HERE.
