August Summertime Pack Award Activity-Splash, August 5th!!!Escape the heat and celebrate the end of summer with a special Scout event at Splash. Please join us Sunday evening, August 5th at 6:30-9:30 for swimming and pizza. We have rented the facility for an after-hour swim & pizza party. Please plan on arriving between 6-6:30 so we can check you in prior to the event starting. This will guarantee the most swim time for everyone. RSVP here. This is a pack sponsored event, so the admission of scouts, leaders, and one parent is covered, additional costs for other adults and siblings is $5 each. This year, the pack is trying for a new award-the Summertime Pack Award. This award recognizes summer involvement for the pack. Every scout who attends all three events is awarded a special scout pin for their uniform, and the pack earns a ribbon. Stay tuned for the fun events our Cub Master has in store for us!

Webelos Weekend-Aug 3rd -5th
Webelos Weekend for Timberline District at Camp Tahosa on August 3rd -5th. This camp gets Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts an orientation to Boy Scouts with Troops that are in our District. This camp is optional and is also only $40 per scout and will also check off quite a few requirements for both dens. Any adults that attend will also get trained in Baloo and IOWLS Here is the link to registration
Youth Protection TrainingWe take our scouts’ safety seriously. True youth protection can be achieved only through the focused commitment of everyone in Scouting. It is the mission of Youth Protection volunteers and professionals to work within the Boy Scouts of America to maintain a culture of Youth Protection awareness and safety at the national, regional, area, council, district, and unit levels.More information and links to this training are located HERE.
Class A Uniforms
Remember that your Scouts can wear their Class A uniforms to school on days when they will be meeting as a Den or a Pack. This helps show pride in the Scouting organization, and helps other kids gain interest. Encourage them to proudly wear their Scout uniform and positively represent our Pack!
Class B Uniforms & Pack 39 Patches
Class B shirts will be available at Pack Meetings for $15 each. We have an assortment of kids and adult sizes. In addition, we have exclusive "Pack 39" patches for $3 each. Please see a Den Leader or our Treasurer at the next Pack meeting if you'd like to purchase any of these items.
